Your investment is pooled with grant funding and other investments and is then re-lent to small, rural economic development organizations, many of whom have limited access to capital. In addition, investments in our Capital Investment Fund may help you meet Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requirements.

And as a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), you can trust that Dakota Resources meets or exceeds standards set by the U.S. Treasury each year.
